At Evergrain Plywood Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. Please note that we offer an Exchange & Replace policy only — we do not offer cash refunds. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

Evergrain Plywood Private Limited does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All eligible claims will be resolved through exchange or replacement of the product only. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Exchange Policy

  • ✔ Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • ✔ Exchange is available for size, grade, or variant changes subject to stock availability.
  • ✔ Transportation charges for exchange shall be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect on our part.
  • ✘ Custom-sized or specially fabricated products are not eligible for exchange.
